To grieve and celebrate

I grieve and celebrate I grieve the soulful woman who once stood and walked tall, graceful and strong And now celebrate the soulful eyes that sees what was never seen before I grieve the loss of those afraid to journey with me when I was well And celebrate now with those not afraid to share my difficult path I grieve for those who strive for material things and ego fantasies And celebrate those who strive for good character and a soulful heart I grieve for all the adventures that took me round this incredible earth And now celebrate the shining sun, blue sky and butterflies in my yard I grieve the freedom I felt to be totally spontaneous and gypsy like And now celebrate the sacredness and presence of every moment I grieve and celebrate

May you always feel loved

May you find serenity and tranquility
in a world you may not always understand.

May the pain you have known
and the conflict you have experienced
give you the strength to walk through life
facing each new situation
with optimism and courage.

Always know that there are those
whose love and understanding
will always be there
even when you feel most alone.

May you discover enough goodness in others
to believe in a world of peace.
May a kind word, a reassuring touch,
a warm smile, be yours every day of your life,
and may you give these gifts as well as receive them.

Remember the sunshine when the storm seems unending.
Teach love to those who know hate,
and let that love embrace you as you go into the world.

May the teachings of those you admire
become part of you,
so that you may call upon them.

Remember, those whose lives you have touched and who
have touched yours are always a part of you,
even if the encounters were less
than you would have wished.

May you not become too concerned
with material matters, but instead place
immeasurable value on the goodness in your heart.

Find time in each day to see the beauty
and love in the world around you.
Realize that each person has limitless abilities,
but each of us is different in our own way.

What you may feel you lack in one regard
may be more than compensated for in another.
What you feel you lack in the present
may become one of your strengths in the future.

May you see your future
as one filled with promise and possibility.
Learn to view everything
as a worthwhile experience.

May you find enough inner strength to determine
your own worth by yourself,
and not be dependent on another’s judgements
of your accomplishments.

May you always feel loved.

Discover your psychic type -the emotional intuitive

I’m reading a really good book at the moment by Sherrie Dillard called Discover Your Psychic Type. It is certainly helping me understand my intuitive GPS, and how it affects my life and relates to my experiences with others. As identified by the author in the book, there are four intuitive styles -emotional, mental, physical, spiritual. Some of us might easily fit into one category or across all, however I find myself akin to the emotional type and thought I would recap what the emotional intuitive experience is like.

Are you an emotional intuitive?

Emotional intuitives (EI)  are vulnerable, sensitive and courageous souls who are ruled by the heart and have a desire to heal others hearts, and find the ultimate perfect union and passion in life. They experience the world through the vibrations of people, places and things. In general, they experience the following:

  • connection to others – they know and feel when something is happening with people close to them
  • feel other people’s pain deeply
  • heal and lift others hearts
  • their gift is unconditional love and compassion
  • ignite others hearts desires and urge you to risk it all for love
  • powerful inner experiences
  • naturally gifted at healing others by their presence (people feel lighter around them)
  • high expectations of themselves
  • profound sense of divine love and bless as they mission and highest state

Living with an Emotional Intuitive

Highly in tune with others emotional states, they can be overwhelmed by both good and bad strong emotions, in almost any environment. Sometimes they are unaware of why they are feeling the way they do, and the feelings can come and go so quickly. EI receives psychic information emotionally, through flashes of images or insights which can be traumatic for them as they feel it deeply. EI can feel immediate anxiety, sadness, or fear in relation to world events, personal accounts told by others or even wake up stressed, or worried without fully understanding why. As a natural emotional telepathic, they tune into an awareness of pain, stress, trauma or even happiness of another, which is intensified if they have a strong bond. On the positive side when they are in love or feel joyous it is intoxicating to them and like a natural high. They seek finding their perfect counterpart, be it a friend, lover, soul mate or teacher to match these feelings.

Challenges of being an emotional intuitive?

Because EI are a sponge of other people’s energy, and even places and things, they can easily go from one extreme to another with emotion. Often times, they do not even understand why they are experiencing a particular emotion. It simply washes over and through them, leaving them confused, fatigued and sometimes physically unwell. This can also leave them open to the following physical ailments:

  • allergies
  • chronic tiredness
  • adrenal exhaustion
  • PMS
  • ovary and uterine problems
  • physical exhaustion
  • headaches
  • physical pain

How to stay centred

EI need to learn to distinguish false emotions, for example, if they are picking up others emotions and impressions and not their own. EI need to not define themselves by what they feel and to learn to interpret energy objectively so they don’t lose their own power. They can easily make errors by being overly giving and caring to extent they lose their heart centeredness.

EIs need to seek regular retreat or solitude to just switch off and sort through emotions. The experience for them is very real and can sometimes bring on panic because they are so acutely self critical and feel too much from their environment. Being around people who are close to them, especially if they are in a bad frame of mind, will draw them to feel the same. They need to learn to physically and emotionally disconnect to find balance again.

Which other intuitive style balances an emotional intuitive?

EI would benefit well from having a Mental Intuitive (MI) in their life. As an EI sees the big picture, and works via the heart and emotions, the MI can help piece things together logically to understand it all, and bring grounding to the flighty EI. MI people are systems or logic intuits, and are good at seeing patterns, predicting things and being telepathic. The EI can help the MI get out of their heads, when they are overwhelmed by thoughts and bring them the love and sensitivity they need.

Embracing the emotional intuitive?

While EI make incredible healers and motivators to others, when they lack control and perspective they can run the very real risk of becoming enablers. However, when they understand how to interpret the energy feeds without absorbing the energy, they can guide and motivate people to move mountains in their lives and you will find that you will have your biggest fan and support in anything you wish to do!.

Journey to Spirit (Part 9) – Divine Guidance – Abadiania, Brazil

It was only a few days until I would be leaving Abadiania, and this made me feel very sad. I felt like I had found so much love and peace within myself during the four weeks away from home. This place has a strong power that some will be scared of or others will embrace. What I mean by this is that it would open up wounds within you that may be hard to acknowledge, and you will be flooded with emotion. One thing is certain, you will leave Abadiania as a different person.

It was about my second last day in Abadiania, and on this particular night I didn’t sleep well, and woke at around 3am (seemed to be a common time for me here). I had asked Spirit for a sign that night before bed, and even asking that I felt shivers all over. So I was up at this early hour looking out my window to the clear black sky, then whoaaaaa, I see a big orb shaped ball of light fly past my window in the sky, no sound or anything (it was not a shooting star, it was closer and big). Instinctively I sat bolt upright covered with goosebumps!  I thought well I asked for a sign and got it!! so I thought….

In the same morning,  I went to Current, and after about 2 hours of sitting in meditation, I needed to go to the bathroom and stretch my legs. So I got up walked out, quickly put my shoes on and went to bathroom block. When I went to wash my hands, I saw something strange on my left hand. It was a manifestation of an oval and cross literally stamped deeply into my hand, the oval was pressed down into my skin and the cross was actually raised up. I only got to show the current guide the manifestation before I sat down again to meditate, and we couldn’t speak so we gave each other an acknowledging smile and she pointed up. Please note that my hands were held palms facing up the entire time I was meditating. Naturally my mind tried to debunk this, and I even retraced my steps and where I put my hands (haha) but there was nothing to explain it!! I took this as a sign to have faith. Even though I am not religious, the Entities who reside and help those who come here led religious lives in their time on Earth. This was the most prominent sign that could be given.

I have drawn it on to my hand in this photo to show you what manifested:

Journey to Spirit (Part 8) – Revealing Dreams -Abadiania, Brazil

I had many dreams whilst I was in Abadiania, which had significance to my healing process and being. So I thought I would share some of the interesting  and entertaining ones I had during my time here.

  • One night I had the worst sleep ever, as I felt I’d been travelling out of my body all night. I woke with fresh memories of a couple of dream fragments. Firstly, a girl was making me hurt myself, but the message singing loud and clear during my dream was “Stop hurting yourself”. Then following on from this I found myself in a shopping mall, and had lost my wallet (note: this is interpreted as “security”) at the pharmacy (interpreted as “health”) and I had to go through obstacles to find it. I encountered a large wall and had to climb it, and then it started swinging, but I found a rope and stabilising it, I was able to make it over. Then another section, a man tried to grab me and abuse me sexually, I cried as I watched people (Police) go straight past me without helping me…but I fought through. Finally after the obstacle course I found the Pharmacy, only to realise that I had my wallet all the time. I relaxed and went where I was led out. I saw a gigantic big dirt hill which I ran up, even though it seemed steep and hard. I made it to the top where I was fortunate to see “The Knight” being filmed, there were horses and actors in armour . After this I was led to Area 51 military base, where I saw UFO’s and was taking photos without being caught.
  • I dreamed of moving into a new house across the street, and going through all my items and doing a clean out. This happened after an afternoon of a powerful spiritual clearing operation from the Entities. Ann our Guide stated that John of God was looking the most powerful she had seen to date. After this session my legs felt really bad, the evening they were on fire, burning. But when I woke my energy was amazing. Like others who had operations, I could feel spirit working on my body, tracing outside my mouth, right side of head, stomach, and meridians of the body.
  • In another dream I was holding current (sending love and light energy) for all of Brazil…hehe and in aiding to achieve this I was giving special dark Brazilian chocolate.

Journey to Spirit (Part 7) – Abadiania, Brazil

It’s taken me some time to write my experiences of Brazil…here I continue with my journal of events in part 7 , which starts to get into the heart of my emotions.

After an early morning breakfast, I headed to the Casa to put a prayer in the triangle and buy some blessed water. The rest of the day is leisurely, catching up with the girls at Frutti’s, relaxing at the Pousada where we would later have a meditation as a group for the first time and finish off with watching the sunset on the top of the majestic hill.

Meditation Session

Our Pousada has a lovely little meditation room, with lots of cushions, idols, incense and peace. At 4pm we all meet outside the room, take off our shoes, and squeeze ourselves into the small space making a circle, and sit side by side each other. Our guide, Ann, hands us two pieces of paper, and leads us through a protective meditation and heart chakra focus.

Quick detour…

Heart Chakra -the fourth Chakra is located in the centre of the chest, over the heart.  This Chakra governs our ability to enact our vocation and live our life lovingly. The colour associated with this Chakra is vivid green. The heart chakra is our ‘centre’ and is about compassion, service and vocation and also about acting lovingly. It’s a spiritual chakra, the first three are considered physical.  It’s about seeing beyond ourselves and being of service to others – to be of use, not to use or not be used by others. Heavy heartedness, grief, pain and anger can live here. Let me tell you from experience with myself and others, this is one of the first chakras to work  on and open up, and it can be very painful! a lot of emotion can come out. I associate it also with forgiveness. The heart processes our emotions for us. We grieve and mourn and equally celebrate and laugh from the heart. We say, “It feels good to get that off of my chest.” Get it?

The meditation focused on FORGIVENESS….and forgiveness comes from the heart chakra. I want to share this link that talks more about forgiveness and the heart.

We were each asked to think about our Mother and our Father, as well as our self, then write what we felt on the pieces of paper at the end of this journey. As I reflected, I could feel my emotions rising and not only that but with my eyes closed I could feel the grief from others within our circle. When we opened our eyes, my tears were evident, I was extremely overcome with emotion, it took me by surprise. The sadness I felt was quite physical on my heart, and it needed to burst and release all the ‘stuff’ that had accumulated. One by one, we went around the circle and shared what we were feeling, but I was so choked up and all I wanted to do was cry and cry, and there was very little I could say in such grief. I felt a deep sadness when I explored forgiveness with one of my parents. People we love generally do not deliberately go out to intentionally hurt us, sometimes they act in a way because it’s all they know, they are operating from Ego, or they are afraid. The sadness I felt was having that exact realisation. It related to them not being able to express love verbally to me- something some find easy and others find not so easy. Some people do not know how to verbalise it to another, they are afraid because they then feel vulnerable, they were never shown or told they were loved, and perhaps those that were supposed to love them, abused them. I explored how I could bridge this when the time was right in order to provide healing to them, and to me.

After the meditation, and after some more tears, and comforting hugs, we took a taxi to the top of the hill, just past the Casa. We did a little releasing ceremony, but putting our notes in a pile and burning them – letting every go. To forgive is be be free and it is something we need to continuously practice in our life. As we walked closer to the top of the hill, a woman was singing a line about ‘forgiveness’, it was certainly added confirmation. We sat on the hill as a friend of ours sang Amazing Grace, as the beautiful sun kissed the earth good night.

A couple of my soul pod members had spiritual experiences here, the  presence of a passed one and message of forgiveness, and symbol seen in the sky. This place I should add is active with UFO’s. In another  post I will share what I saw ;)!!

Let end this post with a quote that I wrote in Abadiania, the place where you can truly learn about being in the now:

Beautiful heart like sunset I took on the hill in Abadiania 🙂

such peace watching the sun set at Abadiania

It was like a ritual in Abadiania, people would come and gather each night to bid the sun good night, sing, reflect, send out love, feel peace and just Be!

This beautiful hymn above was sung by Irina Radke at sunset in Abadiania, Brasil. Irina is a singing teacher and group leader at the Casa de Dom Inacio. The Casa is where Medium Joao (aka “John of God”) offers healing to anyone that comes there.

Embracing Clairsentience

So my blog is  called Confessions of a Clairsentient, and so it is only apt that I try to find words to describe this energetic operating system one is born with or develops. I still find it difficult to put into words what I feel sometimes, but try to do my best here and present information that resonates from my personal experiences. But each person is different.

Clairsentience (clear-feeling) is one of the most common and down to earth intuitive gifts that you can develop, yet complex as the same time. It is a sixth sense, so to speak, and means the ability to “feel”, or “know”, and interpret the feelings or energy around you to divine emotions and other energy vibes from people, places, spirits, animals or anything really that contains energy. Empathy and Clairsentience could also be grouped together in the spectrum of intuitive gifts, which relate to feeling or sensing the emotions and energies of the world around them.

Clairsentience is a broadened form of Empathy, which encompasses a wider field of sensitivities and has quite a lot in common with intuition, because it a strong awareness that you feel inside yourself about the subject you are concentrating on or connect with. I should add, that you don’t always need physical contact to connect with energy. It can also be the most challenging, because sometimes you will feel things, yet it is difficult to put into words what you pick up and why.

To feel, as in Clairsentience, requires recognition, acceptance, and it takes commitment to learn the skills to manage the range of energy experiences you perceive.

Depending on your sensitivity or gifts, the following are some traits of being Clairsentient;

  • A “feeling” of being different will probably have been with you from early childhood – you may also have been able to see and hear in a way others could not or viewed the world around you differently.
  • You can be emotionally attached to someone, even at a distance you can ‘feel’ them (dreams, random thoughts, flashes of insight etc).  This can happen even if you are no longer associated with them. Even if you don’t want to be a part of it, you will still feel connected, and so you may need to take steps to disconnect the spiritual/etheric cord.
  • If you were misunderstood as a child you are likely to have been told that you “shouldn’t” feel that way or that you are “imagining” things.
  • You may have been a target/blamed or made to feel responsible for other people’s problems, including authority figures, primary carers, teachers or siblings. In adolescence this could progress to friends, work colleagues or partners. Perhaps you were used or are used, as a soft target practice!
  • A continuing pattern of “others” not understanding and or saying there must be something wrong with you because they do not “feel” that way. That you are just being “too sensitive”.
  • Able to perceive energy fields (through physical sensations), including a person’s aura and vibrations (such as voice and how words are strung together). Ever heard someone talk and their words just sing or lull you?!
  • Not knowing how you know but “knowing” anyway, things others do not seem to know or understand.
  • Feeling guilty and responsible for other people’s happiness.
  • Choosing to stay in situations for the sake of “others” even at your own detriment. Usually it will be for emotional rather than financial reasons.
  • Always giving others the benefit of the doubt whilst failing to see your own “goodness”.
  • Having an inner knowing that you are the “stronger” person even though you are accused of being over sensitive, emotional, irrational and imagining things that do not exist.
  • You can sense the presence of spirits, but you don’t understand what you’re feeling, except you know you feel a strange energy.
  • You are highly sensitive to your surroundings and they can affect your emotions. Large crowds and events can make you physically feel ill (perhaps you will feel nauseous, get headaches etc).
  • If earlier difficulties existed you may have a deep fear of confrontational situations. You will have probably unconsciously developed some level of coping strategies to avoid these but having to face a situation can cause great anxiety. This will be at a level of feeling very vulnerable and helpless, whilst manifesting physical symptoms of heart palpitations, nausea, frozen fear; this will be followed by a period of time trying to calm yourself while pent-up energy rushes through your body. This may seem to others an inappropriate or exaggerated response to what appears a fairly ordinary exchange or minor problem.
  • You go to other people’s homes or even meeting somewhere in a workplace and your emotions may change.  You may even attribute it to not liking the people, but have no definitive reason why.
  • You may serve as a “host” to another person(s); whilst supplying their “being” with energy will make you feel and appear the weaker person, the other person(s) strength can depend on “you” as an energy source. You may not recognise this yourself, however erratic and depleted energy is a symptom.
  • You think of someone who is not around you, and you inexplicably know how they are feeling and sometimes know if something good or bad is going to happen or has happened, but you don’t know why.
  • You have an ability to heal others. You can talk to them in person or even over the phone and they feel better, but you could feel worse.
  • Sometimes you can feel others physical pain and take on that pain.

Clairsentience usually falls into one of three categories: Gut feelings, Empathy and Physical sensations (of which I get all of).

Gut Feelings
A strong emotional response that can feel physical (feeling of dread or excitment) and it good to sense if you like or trust someone.
A sinking or sick feeling in my gut means that something is not going to go well or is to be avoided. A light fluttery (yes butterflies sometimes), excited feeling means that I am on the right track. Gut feelings allow you to sense very quickly whether or not you like and trust someone. Over time you will learn what it means for you.

One of my biggest part of my gift. Some of us find that we have been able to do this from a young age. Sometimes a quick glance is enough or their physical prescence in order to pick up on the feelings of other people and know what it is like to be another person. Empathy is a hard gift to manage initially – whilst you can put yourself in other peoples’ shoes you can succumb to being a sponge – absorbing and feeling emotions which aren’t your own. Do you ever experience overwhelming negative feelings which seem to have no cause? Then you could be feeling someone else’s feelings.

Here are some traits of Empaths:

  • Your emotions get out of control (anxious, panicky, frustrated) in crowds, even though you may want to be there or at an event, you end up being drained.
  • People seek you out, they like being around you and even if they have just met you, they will tell you about their problems and issues (you will do all the listening and giving of attention
  • You have a need to make people feel better and do your best to, you also just know what people need to hear to feel better about themselves or situation
  • You have difficulty expressing your own emotions and prefer to focus on someone else (SO TRUE!!)
  • You explain away others bad treatment of you, thinking they needed you on some level, and have to accept it
  • You need to help and heal others, and you will sacrifice yourself to do so
  • Nature and animals make you happy and give you peace and comfort – you covet it.

Physical Sensations
Clairsentience also speaks to you through sensations in your body – like tickling or pressure or pain. I have found that certain images, words or even sound can have an effect on the body. Those who are more sensitive may not be able to view some visual images on television for example, because they feel physical pain (for example I get a sharp painful stabbing sensation, or shock through my entire body, it’s not pleasant! and cannot imagine good for the body).

Occassionally, whenever I am tuning into spirit or connecting with someone else when tuned in on a spiritual or active level, I get a strong warm tingling  or prickling sensation on one side (usually right) of my head.

Exercises to develop your Clairsentience

One on One Practice
Ask a friend to show you a picture of somebody they know well (but make sure you don’t know the person in the picture).  Look into the person’s eyes and tune into their energy – how do they feel at the moment of the photo being taken? If this is the first time you have consciously used your clairsentience, you may just pick up on a basic negative or positive vibe.
Ask yourself what this individual is like as a person. Ask yourself whether you trust the person. Is there anything else the person’s eyes are revealing?
Check with your friend – how accurate were you?

Practice in a Busy Place
The easiest place to do this is somewhere public. A coffee shop is a great place to start. Take a seat somewhere that you are less likely to be disturbed but still have full view of the comings and goings. Start by choosing a staff member. Focusing on them, just open up and imagine what you think they are feeling. Are they enjoying their day, or are they feeling frazzled and tired. Do you imagine that this is their only job, do they have children, are they studying at University, do they have a marriage or relationship, are they social or private people, shy or outgoing, and so on. Just explore who they are. Make sure you are using your imagination and that you aren’t pressuring yourself or second guessing what you come up with. Practice this regularly, and you will see a definite improvement in your ability to tap in to people. Make sure that each time you do this exercise, you complete the session with these cleansing practices and then ground.

The traits and tools I apply to nurture my Clairsentience

  • embrace imagination and visualisation
  • embrace and explore your senses
  • be curious! notice things
  • open your heart
  • trust flashes of insight or images (even if you don’t understand) -write them down
  • get plenty of rest and time alone to recharge
  • get sunshine and space in nature to reground
  • practice cleansing your energy

Be Yourself, Everybody Else Is Taken (8 Ways to your Authentic Self)

I’m sure you have all heard the saying “Be yourself, Everybody else is already taken”. We live in a world of expectations, pressures and imposing ideals of what should be important in life, including subliminal and often  in your face messages that make you not feel good about yourself. Essentially we become scared of the consequences of being authentic; these include others judgements and reactions, our personal fears and doubts, or possible  failure and rejection.

How often have you made a decision, do something or say something because you are worried about what someone else may think?

Being authentic is about aspiring to become genuine and true to yourself . It’s a deepening of becoming more of who you are through a conscious effort moment by moment as you journey through your life. I personally think the biggest roadblock to being authentic is Fear. Eventually you will come to the point of, ‘This is who I am, I’m proud of the person I am, I’m not perfect, but I am true to myself’

A couple of things to note, being authentic is NOT…..

  • always knowing what you what to do with your life, or where you are going (I certainly don’t know!)
  • Going to the beat of your own drum and out-casting yourself or thinking you are just special, unique or too cool for school
  • about being totally fearless or being a risk-taker
  • needing to have overcome arduous events in life
  • speaking your mind and telling people what ‘you’ think

Here are 8 things you can consider on your personal journey:

  1. Joy is possible. You have the power everyday to take the gift of joy and allow it to recreate, illuminate and free you in any given moment. No matter what the realities of your life may be, you have the opportunity and choice to infuse and transform it into Joy. Joy energy can create dreams and heal you where it is needed. Becoming more Grateful is one of the keys that creates joy. Even though life can be hard (we all have our stories) you can choose how to respond.
  2. Seek your own Truth. Opinions are just other people’s observations. Believe in your own wisdom and be open to think about your life in new ways. Everything you read is open to your interpretation, so absorb it, think over it, and make your own interpretation. Your truth becomes your beliefs. Be open to possibilities in life, and learn widely from various resources.
  3. Be willing to Transform yourself at your own pace. Life is full of lessons that will test you in all facets of your daily life. Be gentle with yourself and take the time to connect heart, mind and spirit to process events, emotions, and interactions with others. People are always free to give advice, tell you what you should do, but this is your soul journey, it must unfold in your own time, as this is what you are here for.
  4. Get to know yourself better. Excavate your past, and sift through the fragments of your life in order to find your own treasure again. It is never easy to look back and through the memories of experiences – the hurts, the losses, the hates, the failures, the risks – but you need to be able to recognise what has affected you negatively and positively on your life path, in order to move forward. Embrace your scars of life (seen or unseen), and what you have learned from them.
  5. Express yourself and explore your Passions. Journal or collage your dreams, or passions, thoughts. Start finding things that represent who you are. Think big, because this is your life, celebrate who you are and what you represent. If you ever had an idea to do something or a hobby, that you just put aside, now is the time to do it! When I was younger, I gave up on my career dream because I was told it was not a real job and was persuaded out of choosing subjects for school. I found ways later to do what I loved without it being a career.
  6. Rediscover the little things in life, now forgotten, that made you happy or had a special meaning to you. Think about things you liked as a child, the little pleasures you remember – books, movies, toys, trinkets, places, pets, food, holidays, music etc. I still remember a beautiful rose brooch pin with rose scent my nana gave me (it brings so many lovely memories of her). What little things in life are you going to recognise now in your life? Learn to savour these in your life.
  7. Accept Change. In finding more of yourself and the world, sometimes you have to be willing to start over because you are forced to or you choose to. Know that it is never to late to do anything and that transforming fear is one of the biggest hurdles you can jump. Make a conscious choice to let go of the old ways of thinking and acting. Whenever you embark on any new adventure, sometimes you have to let go of the predictable, safe and patterned ways in order to embrace and grow with the new – people, places, passions, pleasures and predicaments.
  8. Embrace conscious Choices and trust your instincts; this empowering and creative act is what being authentic is about. Unconscious choice is where we sacrifice ourselves for that of someone or something else, and is effectively not being true to yourself. Trust in your inner compass, for it will lead you where you are supposed to go.

Journey to Spirit (Part 6) – Abadiania, Brazil

The remainder of our Aussies (from Western Australia , New South Wales and Victoria) have arrived at Abadiania, as they too endured the delays caused by the Chilean volcano. They are beautiful souls and it’s an immediate connection.  We spent the morning having breakfast with one another and then Sherril and I went to the Casa to peel a tub of pumpkins for the blessed soup which would be enjoyed over the next three days.

After buying some blessed water, we get a taxi as a group to Casa de Sopa, a project requested by Dr Augusto. It was built with clear instructions – it was not to be a place to feed the poor, but a place where anyone who is hungry can get nourishment. In addition to providing food, it is also involved in helping local children and their families. We took along donations of nappies, and had a tour of the stores (it stocked clothing, blankets, toys and school items).  Afterwards, we sat down at the long tables to enjoy soup, bread, coffee and biscuits with the locals. The light, open aired room was full of woman, children and men of all statuses.

Once again, it is a beautiful cloudless and sunny day in Abadiania. I adore this weather, but because of the spiritual interventions I have endured, I must shield myself with an umbrella or hat as my energy needs to be contained. Whilst the remainder of my soul pod make their way to the sacred waterfall, I prepare myself for another week at Casa and get my ‘whites’ organised. Friday is also Medium Joao’s birthday so there will be a big party near the Casa – they have built a wooden tower which will be used for fireworks, and tents, stage and various musicians will be arranged.

Casa Day (Morning)

It’s an early start today, as it is very busy. This small area is filled with bus loads of Brazilians who have travelled 30-40 hours to visit the Casa, and partake in the birthday celebrations.

Sherril and I enjoyed a crystal bed session ( I was in room 2) and afterwards felt incredibly fuzzy and scattered like my whole energy body is vibrating. We were meant to go into current but the main hall is so jam packed. Sherril ends up holding me (as I have no balance) until we find a bit of the stage to sit on. I was overwhelmed energetically and by the room of emotion and Sherril was in tears – our energy was wide open after the crystal session.

My guide Ann finds me and takes me into the infirmary or recovery room at the Casa – it is generally used for people who have had visible intervention (surgery) or are overwhelmed by energy and need to recover. It feels incredibly peaceful in here and I am placed into a bed with my eyes shut. It smells like fresh roses in here, and has feminine energy. I am told it is Mary’s room. It felt like I was there for about 15 minutes before I was given some blessed water and then taken by Ann to see the Entity again. He told me I needed another operation (this would occur in the afternoon). At lunch we realised that all but two of us were going to have interventions.

Casa Day (Afternoon)

We headed back in the early afternoon to get a seat ready to be called for operations. As I sat in the main hall waiting, I went into a trance – I could see everything around me but I was in a different brainwave and I could feel hot and cold pins and needles all over my body! The Casa filled up quickly and when the operation line was called, Ann helped me up. A man in a wheelchair refused to move and I had to climb over him to get out it was so busy. I went from zen to an eruption of tears instantly. As I entered the surgery room, I felt a cool air and anaesthetic smell. I received my script by entity and placed it on my lap. I sensed how crowed the room was, and a baby was crying. During the invisible surgery I felt what appeared to be a knife down my lower back. Ann helped me out and I sat on a  bench outside as she went off to obtain my capsules. Sitting there alone, I burst into tears (without conscious emotion) and continued to weep. A lovely Brazilian woman put her hand to my head and kissed my forehead.

It was going to be another 24 hours in bed for me…where I felt burning feet and legs – apparently a good sign. I slept well on and off for the entire time with no contact or stimulation of any kind.

When we were all recovered from operations we met up at Frutti’s for our favourite juices and got to know each other better ( I’m still hanging for an Acai pudding at Frutti’s, which comes with banana, molasses and mango cream). Later we meandered for a nightcap further down the road; a delicious Dandelion coffee at Grainne’s Cafe Central – famous for their chocolate gooey cookies. Whilst there, a group of 10 or so Judo students and their teacher stopped out front on the road and gave us a demonstration. They were seeking donations (spending money) for a tournament in Rio. Apparently Medium Joao was paying for all their airfares.

Friday Casa Experience

Today is to be my first experience in Current, but because it was Joao’s birthday, things were delayed in getting started and so my plans changed a little. A special military band had come to play for Joao, and he passed me with his volunteers, to hear the huge tubas and trumpets in his honour. One song played was the Bee Gees “How deep is your Love”. My legs were sore after waiting and standing that I decided to take a taxi back to the pousada and attempt Casa in the afternoon. I enjoyed the time writing in the dining room, skyping with a friend and enjoying the warmth of a Brazilian day. A lovely girl called Amy from the US, approached me when I was sitting at the table and told me  I was a beautiful person with a beautiful heart. Even though we’d never really spoken, this place is like that, you can talk from the heart with no ulterior motives – just Love.

Arriving in the afternoon, four of us joined the current for the 2pm session. Even though it is hard to sit in the wooden bench seats for so long, I did my best to give my energy to all the people passing through the door on their way to see the Entity. Often as people passed I could see flashes of darkness around some or vibrant light, all with my eyes shut of course. Grainne led our current session, motivating us with beautiful words among the music. There were times I felt like putting my hand up to leave and go to the bathroom, relieve my legs (as I was aching all over), but I didn’t want to disappoint myself or let the medium or others down. So I endured this meditation, and thought about Medium Joao, how for 54 years he has sacrificed himself as an unconscious medium to sit for hours on end to help others. I listened as hundreds of people come through the lines. Buses of people from all over the country , often poor, who have made an arduous trip here to see the Entity.

When we finally come out of current, it was 7pm at night and quite dark and the birthday festivities for Medium Joao had already started. Even though I had just spent 5 hours in meditation, I felt oddly energised despite the initial disorientation. I went back to the Pousada for dinner and change of clothes, then headed down to the party. It was so crowded and quite hard for me to stand without support. After some guidance from another, we took photos and captured the magic of spiritual orbs evidently celebrating Joao’s big day too. As the flash went off, I could see the glitter of energy reflect back.

This is just to show you an example of a photograph by a friend of mine,(no orbs showing) yet in my photos above there are Orbs 🙂

After watching the formalities, a couple of us decided to head to Frutti’s and repose a little. More and more people we knew joined our table and it was a lot of fun. I enjoyed a Acai double drink with acai, cashew nut, cane sugar, coconut and mineral water. After a big day, I was so tired, and literally crashed once my head hit the pillow. I slept so well.

An Orb-tal Misty Morning in Abadiania

It’s a Brazilian Life

One Mind, One Heart

One Mind, One Heart

We are each a divine idea expressing through the One Mind in harmonious ways.

We have come together because there is something we need to learn from each other.

We have a purpose in being together.

There is no need to fight this purpose or to blame one another for what is happening.

It is safe for us to work on loving ourselves so that we may benefit and grow from this experience.

We choose to work together to bring harmony into the business at hand and into every area of our own lives.

There is a Divine blending of energies as people work joyfully together, supporting and encouraging each other in ways that are fulfilling and productive.

We are healthy, happy, loving, joyful, respectful, supportive, productive, and at peace with ourselves and with each other.

The community of human beings on Planet Earth is opening up on a scale that has never been seen before.

New levels of spirituality are connecting us.

We are learning, on a soul level, that we are all one.

I have chosen to incarnate at this time for a reason.

I believe we have chosen on a deep level to be a part of the healing process of the planet.

I remember that every time I think a thought, it goes out from me and connects with like-minded people who are thinking the same thing.

I cannot move to new levels of consciousness if I remain stuck in old judgments, prejudices, guilt, and fear.

As I practice Unconditional Love with respect to myself and others, the entire planet begins to heal.

The world of the future begins now, right here, with all of us.
