An Orb-ital Misty Morning in Abadiânia

Standard

A little note left under my door one evening invites me to a special morning with a soul sister. I had yearned for this opportunity after hearing of the beautiful energy that has revealed itself for years – and has always been with us.

We awake  before the sun greets the earth, and with eager anticipation of morning spirit energy we wait for a taxi by torchlight, to take us the majestic hilltop overlooking the Abadiânia valley. It’s misty, windy and cold, and we pull our sweater sleeves  to our fingers, already grasping our ready cameras. We stand before a charcoal landscape, with vibrant city lights to the distance, and a horizontal crimson band hinting the new day.

We watch our camera screens in darkness, excited as energy appears to us, as buzzing light. The shutter releases, and the flash exposes the glittery orb energy in the sky, before it imprints itself photographically. We giggle with excitement, as spirit plays with us on this lofty hill, showing themselves selectively and intune with our own cameras. We call to them –  they like that – as we click away, and as the wind and dampness of the morn whips around our faces. We don’t mind – we are greeting this day with all it’s beauty and pulsing energy. This magical place where time stands still, and the material and spirit world co-exist.
